Scope
This policy covers our website, our games (including Fan and Float), and our apps (including Personal Commitments). Game details are below. App details are in their own section.

Our games are designed to collect as little data as possible.
- Gameplay data stored locally on your device (for example, level progress and settings).
- Support emails if you contact us directly.
- Analytics or crash reports only if enabled in a future update. We will update this policy before any new collection begins.

Third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. Apple App Store purchases and account management are handled by Apple under their privacy policy. If we integrate other third-party services, those providers process data under their own policies.

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Personal Commitments is published by Moranova Games. This section applies to that app. It is not a game.
What we store
Your commitments live on your Sign in with Apple account, not a public profile. That includes the person, the promise, the date if you set one, and the sentence you typed or spoke.
What stays on your iPhone
Contact photos stay on this device. They are not uploaded.
What we do not store
We do not store original Messages, Mail, or other app threads.
Language model
The sentence you type or speak may be sent to a language model to pull out the person, the date, and what was promised. We do not use it to build a public profile.
Your choices
In Account you can export your commitments, delete your data, or delete your account.
