Moranova Games ("we", "us", "our") operates this website at moranovagames.com and publishes mobile games and apps on the Apple App Store.
Scope
This policy covers our website, our games (including Fan and Float), and our apps (including Personal Commitments). Game details are below. App details are in their own section.
Information we collect
Our games are designed to collect as little data as possible.
- Gameplay data stored locally on your device (for example, level progress and settings).
- Support emails if you contact us directly.
- Analytics or crash reports only if enabled in a future update. We will update this policy before any new collection begins.
How we use information
- To operate and improve our games and website.
- To respond to support requests.
- To fix bugs and maintain app stability.
Third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. Apple App Store purchases and account management are handled by Apple under their privacy policy. If we integrate other third-party services, those providers process data under their own policies.
Children's privacy
Our games are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Personal Commitments
Personal Commitments is published by Moranova Games. This section applies to that app. It is not a game. People often save sensitive notes here — money, health, family, or anything else they choose to write. That is why this section is specific.
Who stores it
Your commitments are stored securely on our servers and associated with your Sign in with Apple identifier. There is no public profile and no shared feed.
What we store
When you save a commitment, we store the person, what was promised, the date if you set one, the sentence you typed or spoke, and a record of when you closed or changed it.
What stays on your iPhone
Contact photos stay on this device. They are not uploaded.
If you turn on calendar briefings, this iPhone reads event titles and attendees locally to match people on your ledger. Calendar events are never uploaded.
What we do not store
We do not store original Messages, Mail, WhatsApp, or other app threads. We do not read those apps unless you choose a sentence and save it. We do not store your calendar.
How a sentence becomes a commitment
When you continue from a typed or spoken sentence, this iPhone suggests the person, the date, and the promise. That suggestion is made on the device. The sentence is not sent to a language-model provider. You then see a review screen. Nothing is saved until you confirm. You can change every field before you save.
When you save, we store the sentence with the commitment on our servers.
Who can see it
Only you, unless you send someone an invite to a specific commitment. We do not sell this information.
Your choices
In Account you can export your commitments, delete your data, or delete your account. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not by itself delete the ledger on our servers. Use Delete my data or Delete account for that.
